CME, CPD & medical events

CME platform for medical societies, hospitals and congress organizers

Continuing medical education (CME) usually runs on spreadsheets, paper registration, WhatsApp groups and generic webinar tools. Cloudberry Solutions builds two live CME products that replace that patchwork: VivaHCP for multi-operator medical events and learning, and HOPE CME for a pediatric scientific community with a year-round peer-reviewed library.

What a CME platform should cover

A CME platform has to serve organizers, faculty, attendees and sponsors at the same time. The organizer needs an agenda and attendee list; the doctor needs a schedule, a badge and a way to claim credits; the sponsor needs leads from the exhibition floor.

  • Scientific agenda with sessions, faculty, chairs and rooms
  • Registration and attendee identity with a QR badge
  • Staff check-in at the door and in sessions
  • Live quizzes, polls and moderated Q&A on attendee phones
  • CME / CPD credit claims tied to check-in eligibility
  • A learning library that keeps content available after the event

VivaHCP: multi-operator medical events and learning

VivaHCP (vivahcp.com) is multi-operator SaaS, so several societies or event companies can run their own events on one platform. Attendees join an event with a code, receive a QR badge, build My Schedule, answer live quizzes, send questions that moderators approve, claim CME/CPD credits after check-in and receive certificates. Partner reps scan badges at exhibition booths to capture leads. The interface is English and Arabic with full RTL.

  • Roles for platform admin, operator admin, scientific content, moderator, staff, faculty, partner rep and attendee
  • Abstracts and ePoster gallery, networking and an AI concierge for agenda and venue questions
  • Engagement points for check-in, quizzes, hub visits and feedback

HOPE CME: a peer-reviewed library with live events

HOPE CME (hopecme.com) serves the HOPE scientific community of clinicians, mostly in pediatrics and neonatology. Its core is a year-round scientific library in which every item is peer reviewed before publishing. Live CME events run from an event wizard covering venues, halls, agenda, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors, with guest QR scanning at the door, in sessions and at exhibitions. Members follow everything in the Hope Connect app for iPhone and Android.

  • Application forms with AI scoring visible to admins only
  • Pediatric clinical toolkits: bilirubin charts, vaccine schedules, growth charts and a drug calculator
  • CME cycles and certificates are on the HOPE CME roadmap, not live yet

A CME platform is software that runs continuing medical education for doctors: scientific content, event registration, attendance, engagement and credit records. VivaHCP and HOPE CME by Cloudberry Solutions are two live examples.

Does VivaHCP support CME and CPD credits?

Yes. VivaHCP attendees claim CME/CPD credits for sessions once check-in unlocks eligibility, and certificates are issued after check-in eligibility.

Is the platform an accreditation body?

No. Accreditation stays with the medical society, university or accrediting organization. VivaHCP records attendance, credit claims and certificates for the events those bodies run.

Does it work in Arabic?

VivaHCP is fully bilingual English and Arabic with RTL support. HOPE CME is in English.
