Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Engagement & Business Analyst Senior Officer for a key project with a prominent bank. This role involves acting as the main liaison between IT and business units, managing User Acceptance Testing, and overseeing project documentation and alignment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle ERP, and experience with workflow systems. Additional knowledge of MS SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main interface between IT and business for each domain.
• Have a strong background in banking services like Finance, Operations, and HR.
• Be proficient with bank systems such as Oracle HR, ERP, and asset tracking.
• Ensure all stakeholders agree on project plans and adhere to processes.
• Analyze requirements and conduct feasibility studies with IT/business stakeholders.
• Assist in developing business cases and managing the RFP process.
• Convert user requirements into functional specification documents.
• Report project status and escalate issues with Project Managers/PMO.
• Take initiative to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
• Be adaptable with work hours to meet business needs.
• Adhere to bank policies while thinking creatively to solve problems.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with business experience.
• PL/SQL Development: Proficiency in PL/SQL development.
• User Acceptance Testing: Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oracle ERP: Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
• Workflow Systems: Familiarity with workflow systems like CRM, SharePoint, or Jupiter is a plus.
• MS SQL: Knowledge of MS SQL is an additional advantage.
