Cloudberry Solutions is seeking Dynatrace Engineer for a prominent bank project.

Job Summary:

As a Dynatrace Engineer, you will deploy and manage Dynatrace APM tools to monitor and optimize application performance. You’ll analyze data to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency. The role involves performance tuning, capacity planning, and collaborating with teams to support new technologies. You’ll also provide insights and reports on performance trends to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying, configuring, and supporting Dynatrace Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
• Monitoring and optimizing performance across applications, workloads, and environments.
• Analyzing performance data and identifying root causes of performance issues.
• Addressing performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve system performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new business applications and technologies.
• Performing capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders regarding application performance trends and improvements.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and updates in APM tools and best practices to continuously improve monitoring and performance capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Dynatrace components.
• 2+ years of experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris).
• Experience in application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat).
• Experience in databases (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, NoSQL).
• 2+ years of experience in performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
