Job Summary:

We are seeking Technical Support Engineers with 1-2 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer or communications engineering, solid experience in LAN & WAN connectivity, and familiarity with Microsoft products and office applications. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN & WAN connectivity problems.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft products, including Office applications.
• Ensure the security and functionality of systems by managing antivirus software and implementing updates.
• Document support activities, solutions, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of communication with users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer or Communications).
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LAN & WAN connectivity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and office applications.
• Good understanding of antivirus software and its deployment.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
