UI/UX Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer, available as a contractor for a 3-6 months project, with a strong grasp of modern design tools and solid front-end development skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma and be highly proficient in HTML and CSS. You will collaborate with product teams to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless design-to-code transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma to create intuitive web and mobile interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that communicate design ideas effectively.
• Translate design concepts into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect HTML/CSS code, working closely with developers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines while creating consistent and scalable design systems.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and HTML/CSS skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile-first and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics
