Operational Communication Specialist (German Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, fluent German speaker to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will manage operational communication and ensure seamless interactions across various departments. This role is crucial in maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication with stakeholders in both German and English.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth operations by ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and improve communication processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant parties.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives by acting as a liaison for clear and efficient communication.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in operations communication or a related role.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in working in cross-functional teams is a plus.
