We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated D365 CRM Technical Consultants, who possess a diverse skill set of the business and technical D365 CRM Modules implementation to proficiency in English. As a key contributor to our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions.

Job Description:

As a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a platform roadmap, integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, and customizing the system to meet the business needs of the company.

Your responsibilities will include producing clean, efficient code based on technical specifications and development standards, performing deployment and provisioning activities, and recommending improvements to existing solutions. You must have a solid understanding of CRM system components and modules, as well as experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and custom development.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

– 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.

– Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and custom development.

– Experience working with Microsoft products such as SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, and Lync.

– Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.

– Experience working in an agile development team.

– Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.

– Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

– Experience in banking projects is a plus.

– Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and PMP are pluses.

– Must have online Dynamics 365 experience including configuration and customizations.

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ.

– Proficient in customizing and creating CRM entities, Plug-in development, Form Event programming using JavaScript, Business Rules.

– Proficiency in using the CRM SDK.

– Deep understanding of .NET development.

– Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management.

– Release management experience in the design and implementation of system integration tools.

– Experience with API or Rest services integrations.

– Experience in SQL Server Administration is a plus.

Additional Skills:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

– Self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal direction or guidance.
